I fell into an anxiety and panic hole & didn’t know how to get out either, but I know now. We can work together to help you find the ladder and get out.

Hi, the following coaching information is to give you a sense of what the sessions may entail. However, everyone is different and comes to coaching at very different points of their journey. For example.
You may be struggling to exit the panic circle
You may be trying to cope with negative thoughts & or feelings
You may have already seen a Psychologists, CBT Practitioners etc and not gotten answers to what is happening or what is causing, let alone how to exit.
You may have a goal you would like to achieve and not know how to get there feeling stressed and anxious
You may be stuck as to why you cannot move any further in a goal, not knowing what’s stopping you
You may have tried it all and nothing is working
etc.
Therefore my goal is not to follow a ridged schedule that wouldn’t suit your needs, but to create one for your specific needs at that time of your journey.
There are three parts to my role.
1 : To help you to identify your fears and then to guide out of them, such as the fear of panic, agoraphobia, gad, social anxiety, relationship issues, work issues etc (dis-orders) circles.
2. To help and guide you to finding the real causes of that circle, to implement solutions to those causes and therefore to prevent high anxiety and panic.
3. To start building the life you want whilst maintaining the tools you have learnt.

I find it is best for us to correspond first via email for you to get a better sense of if you would like to work together to co-discover where you may be getting caught up in an anxiety circle, in order to exit.

Talk about your experiences and where you are now
Look at ways in which you may have been caught up in an anxiety circle in order for you to start to exit.
Learn tools in which you can begin to calm the body and mind
Your requirements are
To be as open-minded as possible to new ways of viewing things
To be willing and ready to change
To try new things even when you don’t feel like it
At the end of the session, you should be feeling less fearful and more confident, know what to do to help yourself calm the anxiety experience.

The Coaching Process
Meet and greet: I get to know you, you get to know me, we will talk about your experiences, what prompted you to consider coaching, discuss your goals and future sessions.
The first session or two includes learning about anxiety, how we can become stuck in an anxiety circle & helping you to discover your own innocent habits and beliefs perpetuating the anxiety circle.
Subsequent sessions include learning how to exit the anxiety circle, applying a holistic approach as well as CBT tools to help you to achieve a reduction in anxiety and prevention of anxiety.
In which collaboratively we will
Facilitate learning and understanding about what anxiety is.
Look at ways in which you may have been caught up in an anxiety circle in order for you to exit.
Learn tools in which you can begin to calm the body and mind
Take a holistic approach to find the causes of your anxiety
Guide you through identifying and challenging negative thought patterns
At the end of the 5 sessions, you should be feeling less fearful and more confident, knowing what to do to help yourself calm the anxiety experience, able to look for and help causes of anxiety in order to prevent.
10 x 50 Minute Sessions

The coaching process:
Subsequent sessions include, continuing with the skills learned, utilising these to help you to continue setting mini weekly goals specifically around your needs and wants. Actively working through the identified causes, using CBT tools to move forward, to help you to achieve a continued reduction in anxiety and prevention of panic, and high anxiety.
Collaboratively we will
Facilitate learning Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Principles and practices.
Continue with the previous work, skills consolidation, maintenance of the skills, set weekly realistic goals, small victories to lay the foundation for self-efficacy
Look at your present and future goals
At the end of the 10 sessions, you should be feeling less fearful and more confident, knowing what to do to help yourself calm the anxiety experience, able to look for and help causes of anxiety in order to prevent more anxiety. Be able to confidently use the tools today in and the future. Have a better understanding of yourself and know where to move forward for the next part of your journey.
10+ sessions: Then you will feel ready to leave old fears behind and turn the page to a new chapter in your life, wouldn’t that be nice?!
