Dear Emma, I am so grateful for the help you have provided me. It is priceless. "When I had my first session with Emma, I was in the hospital for panic disorder. That was the second time in 12 months. I was having daily and quite severe panic attacks that were making my life miserable. The sessions I have had with Emma have enabled me to live my life free from panic attacks. I have been able to integrate back into things that I previously enjoyed doing, socialising, working and being out in the world, unafraid. These significant improvements to my mental health have made me a better parent which I am insurmountably grateful for. My life has changed in this short period of time, drastically and for the better under the guidance and encouragement that she has provided me. I'm feeling more comfortable, confident and happy about my life in general and what the future holds for me. These sessions have bought me out of a crisis and allowed me to feel comfortable in my own skin again." R

"Anxiety Wellbeing coaching with Emma deserves 5 stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Before seeing Emma I suffered a severe panic attack that put me in the ER with heart palpitations. After being cleared by doctors I was told that my symptoms were likely related to anxiety. Anxiety had never been an emotion that I was familiar with. I tried conventional therapy and was labelled with generalized anxiety disorder. I was told that my anxiety may never get better and was given strategies on how to prevent panic. Without any improvement I searched for other resources and found Anxiety Wellbeing. Emma showed me a new approach to tackle my anxiety. She taught me how to 'face', change my perspectives, and understand my core beliefs to get to the root cause of my anxious feelings. Emma believes therapy should not be forever and wants to supply you with the tools you need to feel confident to tackle your anxiety independently. Her strategies are impactful and empowering. I went from being afraid to leave the house for a dinner with my family to going on my dream vacation to Italy! Take the leap and sign up for her sessions. The future is bright and I can't thank her enough."

“When I first contacted Emma I was in a place of deep panic and anxiety. I had done therapy before but never got into what really was my core beliefs and how they kept me in the anxiety circle. After a number of sessions with Emma, we worked through a number of limiting beliefs and got to work at the root of the problem rather than just focus on particular fears alone. This was perfect for me as when I faced one fear another would come up. I now have a much better understanding of myself and mind and feel so much more able to deal with what ever may come up in the future. If you are even slightly considering seeking help I would 100% recommend Emma. She has been a brilliant help with me throughout my journey and I can't thank her enough..”

“I did a single session with Emma and it was the best session of therapy I have had. I have seen several therapists for anxiety before but Emma's approach to therapy was definitely the most helpful to me. In our session we discussed the roots of my anxiety, then she used a white board to discuss what is happening biologically (in a simplistic, easy to understand way), and then we applied the roots of my anxiety to the cycle I have been stuck in. We closed out our session with coping techniques that I can use immediately and she also provided me with some helpful links and attachments for future use. She is easy to talk to, non-judgemental, professional, and kind. Highly recommend for anyone who is feeling 'stuck' and alone in their anxiety battle.”

“I was having bad anxiety while going through a rough time due to an unexpected life event and unprocessed thoughts/emotions from past trauma. I had trouble sleeping every night and felt like something terrible was waiting for me. My anxiety was so bad that it affected my gut health. I have been following the Anxiety Wellbeing Instagram page for a long time, and some of its content profoundly resonates with me. I became interested in cognitive behavioural therapy and read more about it. I was a little skeptical at the beginning, as I had never tried therapy before, and everything was virtual. However, I decided to try it because I was desperate for professional help. Emma helped me explore .my thoughts, beliefs, behaviours, and past life events, which brought clarity and helped me think more flexibly. As I got to know myself better, my symptoms of anxiety naturally resolved. Therapy sessions with Emma helped me build tools to move forward with my life and benefited me greatly ”

"Dear Emma, I am going out of the house without crippling fear. I am living my life focused on what matters, versus hyper-focusing on what is not in my current reality. I am growing myself, furthering my career, enjoying friends and family, all without feeling stuck. I am a better, brighter version of myself. You are such a good listener, so good at explaining things over and over again, each time in a fresh way that relates to the current worry. I could not have worked with a better therapist, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for everything,, my friend."

"I have developed a greater understanding of anxiety and why it shouldn't be feared. Able to sleep past early hours of the morning. I am now able to eat full meals. I can talk to my fears, face them, and more rationally challenge them. I can try to use the CBT method of forming a new positive perspective for each individual fear in the future. I loved that Emma always tried to use different modalities to get her message across (ie. visual, auditory, etc.) I absolutely loved the recap/feedback emails every week. I loved that they had specific achievements listed and what we will work on during the week in between sessions. Having set goals for each week in between sessions was incredibly reachable and helpful to stay engaged and on track. Thank you so much Emma,"

"Thank you! I feel sessions went extremely well and we addressed exactly what I needed. I've learnt to manage anxiety and am less afraid of how I feel. Plus know what causes it now. I can see that everything is not always my responsibility, speaking so much more kindly to myself. Thank you so much A

After doing several sessions with Emma, I feel more confident and hopeful of being able to manage my anxiety and to understand things better. The sessions were insightful and interactive and I felt like it created a space where I could start to explore why I feel the way I do about certain things. I also felt it has created a positive change in allowing me to feel empowered and hopefully the beginning of being kinder to myself. I would definitely work with Emma again and find her to be warm, empathetic and knowledgeable. It felt very much that we were working together but that she was giving me tools to continue to use and work on in the future. Thank you S x

Emma is the best thing since sliced bread. I cannot sing her praises enough. She is one of a kind and certainly a hidden gem. I was really on struggle street when I found Emma. I was so afraid of my fear that it ruled my life. I'd tried therapists in Australia but none of them really gave me any actionable advice - I felt like I was talking a lot but no one or nothing was helping. I found Emma via Instagram and so glad I decided to take a gamble. Our sessions were incredibly helpful, Emma helped me take back the power over the panic attacks and anxiety. She gave me tools that I will use forever and the fact that she has lived personal experience meant I knew that she knew exactly how I was feeling and how to work through the challenges and darker days. I still have a ways to go on my journey but I now have the confidence, education and tools to walk the path on my own. I feel like me again and that is all thanks to Emma. If you're unsure of what to do or where to go next, book a session with her, you will not regret it. Her warmth, insight and capability is amazing. I just wish there were more therapists and clinicians like her. The world would be a much better place with more Emmas! I'm so glad I found you Emma. Keep helping people. You have a gift. L

I decided to start having sessions with Emma in search of support and help, since I noticed that the anxiety and panic I had been feeling for several months was not getting any better, and honestly, it was already negatively impacting my lifestyle (e.g., I became scared of attending many social event, extremely anxious about work meetings...). It took me some time to make the decision, but I can now see how the start of these sessions was an inflexion point in my life. I felt genuinely understood and cared for since the beginning, and now, at the end of session #15, I realize how much I have actually learned about myself and how many of the reasons for my original anxiety I have able to tackle. I do feel happier and optimistic about my future, less anxious in general, and confident to have learned the tools to prevent this anxious cycle from happening again. I am sure there are things to still improve and work on, but so far I do feel significantly better, so I can only recommend and be grateful to Emma 🙂" Have a nice day"
