  • Look at ways in which you may have been caught up in an anxiety circle in order for you to start to exit.

  • Learn tools in which you can begin to calm the body and mind

Your requirements are

  • To be as open-minded as possible to new ways of viewing things

  • To be willing and ready to change

  • To try new things even when you don’t feel like it

At the end of the session, you should be feeling less fearful and more confident, know what to do to help yourself calm the anxiety experience, and be able to look for and help causes of anxiety in order to prevent.
